Scrutiny Management Board

The Scrutiny Management Board is made up of the Chairmen of the Scrutiny Committees and other members as required to make the Board politically balanced.   The Scrutiny Management Board has the responsibility to:-

·         co-ordinate, oversee and monitor the delivery of the Scrutiny work programme;

·         allocate Scrutiny suggestions to the relevant Scrutiny Committee and make recommendations about priorities for the work programme and joint scrutiny of issues; and

·         scrutinise Leader and Cabinet Executive decisions under the call-in procedure.
