Purpose

Following completion of the development at
Honeycroft in Lawford, should the main contractor Rose Builders
fold during the guarantee period of the build, collateral
warranties will enable the Council to go to the subcontractors
directly to fulfil the guarantee.
The subcontractors and what they supplied are as follows:
Arcady - Architectural Services
Rossi Long Consulting - Structural and Civil Engineering
Nu-span - Beam and Block Floor
Kingspan Timber Solutions - SIPS Contractor
WMS - Underfloor Heating
