via a framework agreement supporting a value for money
approach.

Content

To purchase Electricity from EDF Energy for
the period 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 (April 25
‘basket’) based on the ‘UK Renewable for Business
Tariff’. (via the signing up to a EDF Energy Model
Contract).

The purchase of electricity is via a wider Crown Commercial
Services (CCS) Procurement Framework Agreement for the
Council’s Gas and Electricity requirements that was subject
to a separate decision earlier in the year.
