Purpose

The S106 Agreement dated 20 September 2020
requires the Council to transfer the public open space to Alresford
Parish Council. The Council has sought consent from the Developer
and Essex County Council for the public open space transfer to be
directly transferred from the Developer to Alresford Parish Council
and for the Council to transfer the contributions to Alresford
Parish Council on the date the transfer completes.
