Purpose

Following recent development in the parish of
Tendring, Section 106 developer monies have been received. The
increase in residents as a result has identified the need to up
grade the only play and open space facility in the village.

To release £18271.77 Section 106 money
to Tendring Parish Council for the improvement and provision of new
play equipment.
