Purpose

The Council has undertaken a request for
quotation exercise seeking consultancy support to write a waste a
recycling collection and street sweeping service
specification.
WRM Sustainability Ltd are the successful bidder and as such this
decision is to award the contract to them.
At total of £0.200m has been set aside as part of a budget
adjustment for 2024/25 as approved by Cabinet at its meeting on
19th April 2024 (Minute number 116 refers). The spending of this
budget is delegated to the Corporate Director for Operations
