Purpose

To purchase the property at College Court,
Manningtree which is in an area where TDC already own 9 properties
so this will add an additional property to Housing Stock.

The Corporate Director has authority in consultation with the
Assistant Director (Governance) to authorise the purchase of the
property in College Court, Manningtree.
