Purpose

Ardleigh Parish Council's Neighbourhood Plan
has progressed through the relevant stages of the statutory
plan-making process including public consultation and an
independent examination.
The examination resulted in some modifications being recommended
for the Neighbourhood Plan, which have been accepted by Ardleigh
Parish Council and incorporated into the Plan.
The next stage of the process is to carry out a local referendum
and this decision confirms that the Ardleigh Neighbourhood Plan can
now progress to that stage. If the referendum finds in favour of
the Neighbourhood Plan, it can then be formally adopted by Tendring
District Council by way of a Cabinet decision.
