Purpose

As part of the planning consent for the
Honeycroft redevelopment, the pavement in front of the site along
Waldegrave Way needs to be widened. The Section 72 Agreement means
Essex Highways will adopt the widened footpath once the works are
complete and take responsibility for the future maintenance of
it.
