Purpose

By promoting the grants and open calls we can
target rural communities and maximize the coverage of available
funding across the District. If we are unable to maximize publicity
of the grants and open calls we will receive fewer proposals, so
that fewer organisations in Tendring would benefit; and if we do
not spend all of the allocation by the end of the financial year
(March 25) unspent funds would be returned to Central
Government.

To allocate £2,000.00 of the UK Shared
Prosperity Fund (SPF) capacity payment to promote:

• UKSPF Year 3’s (2024/25) open call for projects;
and

• Rural England Prosperity Fund Year 2 (2024/5) grants which
will be launched on 15th April 2024.
