Purpose

This represents the practice of the Council
where officers follow the recommendations of the Ombudsman
investigation and ensure compensation payment is made to the
complainant.

To pay a complainant the sum of £250
following the Ombudsman’s investigation (reference 22016869).
In recognition of the avoidable frustration and inconvenience
caused to them.
