Purpose

Following a request for quotation process, 5
contractors were asked to provide quotations for resurfacing areas
of the promenade in Clacton and Frinton. Two quotations were
received and these were evaluated against the set criteria and a
winning contractor agreed.
The winning contractor in this instance is Groupsbridge.
This job will be funded from current coastal budgets and
concurrence has been sought from the Leader in the absence of the
Portfolio Holder for Environment
