Purpose

Following a request for quotation process, 3
quotations were obtained for replacing flood gates across Clacton
and Walton. The quotations received were evaluated against the set
criteria and a winning contractor agreed.
The winning contractor in this instance is Frank Hall and
Sons.
This job will be funded from current coast protection budgets and
concurrence has been sought from the Leader in the absence of the
Portfolio Holder for Environment
