That the Leader of the Council agrees
to:
1. Enter into an agreement for delegation of functions relating to
imported food control at the Border Control Post situated at
Harwich International Port with East Suffolk Council and,
2. Adopt the fees and charges for imported food control services as
set by East Suffolk Council for Suffolk Costal Port Healthy
Authority.

Reasons for the decision

A decision is required on order to enter into
the agreement with East Suffolk Council.
