That the Housing
& Planning Portfolio Holder –
 

(a)   
approves the acceptance of the transfer of Plots 82 – 87,
109, 110 and 111 Inclusive) at Finches Park, Kirby Cross (which are
also known as 11, 9, 7, 5, 3, 1, 2, 4 & 6, Grain Drive, Kirby
Cross, CO13 0GB) based on the recommendations made by the Director
(Planning);
 

(b)   
approves the acquisition of a shareholding in Finches Park
(Frinton-on-Sea) Management Park Limited (Company No. 11738949);
and
 

(c)   
notes that the official representative
of the Council on the above mentioned company will be nominated by
this Council’s Chief Executive.
