Purpose

Following development in Great Bromley,
developer contribution has become available and can be used towards
creating a small play area at the church yard and is used by the
local primary school.

To release Section 106 money to Great Bromley
Parish Council to go towards the installation of play equipment and
fencing at the church yard for the use of the local primary
school.
