Purpose

The contract has been let as a 3-year contract
with the option to extend for a further 4 years in 2-year
increments. The repairs, voids and maintenance contract with Rapid
Response has been running for 2 years 8 months now and there has
been continual communication with Rapid Response on all aspects of
work.
