Purpose

To enter into a Service Level Agreement with
Wallace Kennels, Brentwood, Essex in relation to the Stray Dog and
Kennelling Contract for the housing of stray dogs. Portfolio Holder
concurrence was sought and obtained.

To enter into the Service Level Agreement with
Wallace Kennels for a period of 3 years (option to extend for a
further 2 years) for the housing of stray dogs.
