Purpose

Following concurrence from the Portfolio
Holder for Housing and Planning and in accordance with the decision
of Cabinet taken in October 2024 and the subsequent consultation
with the members of the Planning Committee.

Content

To implement from the 14th of January 2025, a
procedure for processing Habitat Bank proposals, and associated
monitoring costs, within the Tendring District.

The Housing and Planning Portfolio Holder has concurred with this
decision being made.
