Purpose

To make a decision in respect of a matter
delegated by Cabinet on 26th July 2024, minute number 35,
resolution number 10:
Agrees a delegation to the Corporate Director for Operations and
Delivery to approve, inter alia,:-

b. the membership of the tender evaluation panel;

This decision is to approve the membership of the tender evaluation
panel for the selection questionnaire stage of the waste service
procurement.

Content

To determine the membership of the tender
evaluation panel for the Selection Questionnaire stage of the waste
contract procurement. The panel will comprise:

Officers from Essex County Council's Procurement Service
The Assistant Director for Housing and Environment
The Waste and Recycling Manager
Representative from Walker Resource Management Limited

Note: That this is the first stage of the procurement process and
that future decisions will be made in respect of any future,
related TEPs.
