Purpose

Following a procurement exercise, to enter
into a one year agreement for the provision of a daily cleaning
service to the communal areas at Spendells House, Walton on
Naze.

Content

To enter into an agreement for a period of one
year, commencing in November 2024 based upon the quotations
received and their subsequent evaluation against the Council's
requirements.
