Purpose

Due to development in Kirby the facilities at
Kirby Playing Fields is well used by not only residents but
visitors. Kirby playing fields is a facility for football cricket
and other grass sports. There is a need for practice nets in this
area, as the closets alternative is Clacton Leisure Centre.

Council for the installation of practice cricket nets at Kirby
Pavilion
