Purpose

It is proposed to grant a 1-year Licence to
the Environment Agency over land situated to the north of Standley
Road, Walton-on-the-Naze, to be used for the siting of welfare
facilities and as a site compound.
This land will be solely used by the Environment Agency and anyone
authorised by them during the term of the Licence, in connection
with their flood alleviation works and as part of the Essex
Embankment Work programme.
