Purpose

Officers received a request for part of the
car park situated in Hazlemere Road, Holland-on-Sea, to be used
every Monday for 2 hours for the training and debriefing of
motorcycle students by qualified persons only. There is a similar
arrangement in place in respect of the same part of the car park,
however they do no operate on Mondays and this request will
therefore not conflict with the existing arrangement.
In order to facilitate this request, it is proposed to grant a
1-year Licence to the enquirer.
