To approve the
submission, to National Grid, of Tendring District Council's formal
response to the statutory consultation on the Norwich to Tilbury
electricity powerline project - the content of which was discussed
and agreed by the Planning Policy and Local Plan Committee at its
meeting on 23rd July 2024. The response is to be submitted to
National Grid on or before the deadline of 26th July
2024.

To ensure
submission in a timely manner, Cllr. Graham Steady, Chairman of the
Community Leadership and Partnerships Committee, has agreed an
exemption from call in.
