Content

(a)   
To approve, in principle, the granting of a new lease in respect of
Harwich and Dovercourt Cricket Club,
West End Lane, Dovercourt, CO12
3TT;
 

(b)   
To agree the completion of a new lease over the Harwich and
Dovercourt Cricket Club on the terms
set out in the supporting Officer Report (Part B); and should it be
necessary;
 

(c)   
To authorise the Corporate Director (Operations and Delivery) to
agree any other terms he considers appropriate.
