(a)   
To agree, in principle, the granting of a Lease over Kiosk 5, Lower
Marine Parade East, Clacton-on-Sea;
 

(b)   
To agree the terms of the granting of a Lease over Kiosk 5, Lower
Marine Parade East, Clacton-on-Sea and
 

(c)   
To authorise the completion of a new lease on the terms set out in
the supporting Officer report (Part B) and should it be required,
to authorise the Corporate Director (Operations and Delivery) to
agree any other terms, as he considers appropriate.

Reasons for the decision

To grant and put in
place a new lease in order for the property to be occupied and
operational.

Alternative options considered

To not grant the
Lease and leave the building empty.
