Purpose

Tendring District Council have requested to
allocate S106 to improve the pathways at Bathhouse Meadow play
area. Installation of this pathway will enable the play area to be
used by everyone all year round.

To release £6500 of S106 developer
contributions held for improvements at Bathhouse Meadow, Walton for
the installation entrance pathways at the play area.
