Purpose

To approve the new lease over The Naze Kiosk,
Old Hall Lane, Walton-on-the-Naze.

Content

(a)   
That the principle of granting a new lease in respect of The
Naze Kiosk, Old Hall Lane, Walton on
the Naze, CO14 8LE be approved;

 

(b)   
That the completion of a new lease on the terms as set out in the
background section of the Part B Officer Report be approved;
and
 

(c)    
That the Corporate Director (Operations and Delivery) be authorised
to agree any other terms, as he considers appropriate, should it be
required.
