The Portfolio Holder for Housing and Planning
notes the report on title and approves:

i) Acceptance to the transfer of gifted units - 18 Plots at the
Brook Park Development, namely plots 17-22 and 29-41, also known as
34-42(even) and 58-80(even) and 33 Honeysuckle Way, Clacton-on-Sea
based on the recommendation made by the Assistant Director of
Planning.

Plots 17-22 and 29 and 30 will be transferred to the Council in the
first tranche prior to 24 December 2024. The remaining 10 plots
will be transferred to the Council in February 2025.
(ii) Authorise the Assistant Director of Governance to complete the
transfer of the gifted units from the developer in two tranches as
referred to above.
(iii) Acquiring a shareholding in Meadows Gardens (Clacton)
Management Company Limited (Company Number 150333000) with the
official representative of the Council to be nominated by the Chief
Executive.
