Purpose

To obtain approval from the Corporate Director
(Operations and Delivery), in consultation with the Portfolio
Holder with responsibility for Housing, to undertake consultation
with relevant stakeholders regarding the proposed introduction of
flexible tenancies for Council properties with three or more
bedrooms and those that have been significantly adapted for tenants
with disabilities.
