Purpose

The proposed approach enables the Council to
secure the necessary banking services following the recent expiry
of the previous banking services contract.

Content

To agree a term of 6 years (with the option to
extend for a further 4 years) with Lloyds Bank Plc for the
provision of the Council’s required corporate banking
services.
