Purpose

There has been some improvements to this play
area over the last few years. There is now a need to improve the
pathways through the play area to enable the play area to be used
safely all year.

To release Section 106 money to Brightlingsea
Town Council for improvements to the play area at Pawson's
Playground, Western Promenade, Brightlingsea.
