Purpose

To authorise acceptance of the transfer of
Plots 17-22, 17-22 (flats), 29 and 30 (houses) 31-41 (flats)
(inclusive) Brook Park Clacton, also known as 34-42 (even) and
58-80 (even) and 33 Honeysuckle Way Clacton-on-Sea Essex C016 9SJ
to the Council as Affordable Housing Dwellings for the sum of One
Pound (£1.00) from Matthew Homes Limited
(“Developer”) each and agree to acquiring a
shareholding in Meadows Garden (Clacton) Management Company Limited
(Company No. 15033300).

Content

i) Acceptance to the transfer of the
affordable units/gifted units 18 Plots, 17-22 (flats), 29 and 30
(houses) 31-41 (flats) (inclusive) Brook Park Clacton, also known
as 34-42 (even) and 58-80 (even) and 33 Honeysuckle Way
Clacton-on-Sea Essex C016 9SJ based on the recommendation made by
the Assistant Director of Planning.

ii) Authorise the Assistant Director of Governance to complete the
transfer of the affordable units/gifted units from the
Developer.

iii) Acquiring a shareholding in Meadows Garden (Clacton)
Management Company Limited (Company No. 15033300) with the official
representative of the Council to be nominated by the Chief
Executive.
