Purpose

To issue a Counter Notice under Section 45 in
respect of 103 Clarkes Road, Dovercourt on terms pursuant to the
statutory obligations to grant lease extensions under the Leasehold
Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (as amended).
This is in response to a notice served under section 42 and in
pursuance of statutory obligations.

Content

That a Counter Notice is issued and, in
consultation with the Head of Legal Services, negotiations are
authorised to agree the premium payable and to formalise this lease
extension subject to such other terms as considered
necessary.
