To approve the change in a project for E34 for
year 3 of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF).

Reasons for the decision

UKSPF funding is an allocation from Government
which lasts for 3 years, with 2024/25 being the final year. It is
therefore imperative that all funding is allocated and spent in
this financial year as there is no further opportunity to carry
funding forward.
This decision has been agreed by the decision makers via email and
over the phone

Alternative options considered

The funds from intervention E34 have been used
for other projects but not all the fund has spent.
