To appoint
Councillor Chris Griffiths to serve on the Levelling Up Fund /
Capital Regeneration Projects Portfolio Holder Working Party in the
stead of former Councillor Lynda McWilliams.

Reasons for the decision

In order to fill
the seat left vacant on the Working Party following the resignation
of Lynda McWilliams as a member of Tendring District Council.

Alternative options considered

Not to appoint
anyone to fill the vacant seat on the Working Party and leave the
membership permanently reduced. It was felt that this would reduce
the level of constructive input from Members into the
decision-making process on this projects which would be
undesirable.
