National Non-Domestic Rates Return
(NNDR1) for 2025/26 as set out in the report to the Corporate
Finance and Governance Portfolio Holder.

Reasons for the decision

The annual NNDR1
return must be authorised before submission to the Ministry of
Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG).
