Purpose

A request has been received from Holland
Football Club requesting landlord consent to apply for planning
consent in order to diversify the use at the Club to make more use
of the property in the day when it is not being used as a Football
Club.
Should planning consent be achieved, then a further decision to
vary the lease in order to incorporate an additional use will be
required.

Content

To grant landlord consent thereby allowing the
Club to apply for planning consent for their additional use
proposal.

Alternative options considered

To not agree consent - diversifying and
providing other community and commercial benefits are one of the
ways clubs and businesses can financially support themselves and
where this is appropriate, consideration should be given.
