Purpose

Following recent development in St Oysth there
has become a need to increase the play provision. There is only one
play area in Point Clear St Oysth and it is in need of some
improvements. This will involve the installation on some new
activity

Content

To release S106 funds to St Osyth Parish
Council, for improvements to the play area at Dumont Avenue.

Alternative options considered

The only alternative to allocating the money
would be to return to the developer.
