Content

To authorise:-
(a)the land situated at High Street, Dovercourt, Harwich, shown
coloured yellow on the plan numbered 60498-C-0072 Rev A (Appendix A
to the report) for dedication for the purpose of widening of the
highway and pursuant to Section 72 of the Highways Act 1980;
and
(b)that the Deed of Dedication as set out in Appendix B to the
report, be entered into.
