To authorise the Assistant Director Building
and Public Realm to agree revised rates within the housing repairs
term maintenance contract to include:
i)Updating schedule of rates uplift to +15%
ii)Minimum visit price of £75.00
iii)Payment for scaffolding in addition to the standard rates
iv)Revised Schedule of bespoke (TDC specific) rates
