Purpose

To provide coach transport for the Planning
Committee site visits 2025 - 2026. We undertook a quotation
exercise inviting three local companies to tender to supply this
service.

Content

In line with 4.2.1 of the Procurement
Procedure Rules (Procurement of up to £10,000, excluding
VAT), the seeking of three prices has been undertaken, with
evidence retained by the department.
Following this exercise, the services of REL Tendring have been
engaged on value for money and suitability grounds.
