Purpose

Tendring District Council have identified the
need to make improvements to the gardens in Marine Parade Clacton,
the improvements would be mainly to the pathways. Funds would be
from S106 money held for the sole purpose of making improvements in
this area

Tendring District Council held for improvements to Marine Parade
Gardens. Under project reference 283.

it will need to be returned to the developer.
