To enable the engagement of an External
Supplier (TET Ltd ‘Proactis’) to provide the necessary
services associated with the issuing of electronic orders and use
of e-catalogues.

Content

To agree an exemption from the Council’s
Procurement Rules along with the associated award of a one-year
contract in respect of fulfilling the Council’s e-ordering /
e-catalogue requirements.
