That the Portfolio Holder for Housing and
Planning:
1)Considers and agrees to adopt the revised Housing Allocations
Policy;
2)Authorises its direct and immediate implementation, subject to
call in; and,
3)Delegates authority to the Corporate Director for Operations and
Delivery to make future updates or amendments to the policy in
consultation with the Portfolio Holder responsible for
Housing.
