Purpose

Holland Residents Association has been
carrying out gardening work at the open space site at Ipswich Road
Holland-on-Sea for some years under a prior agreement. It is now
proposed to regularise this position with a license agreement and
also to grant consent for the Holland Residents Association to
erect and maintain village signs on open space land at Ipswich Road
and a at Brighton Road Holland-on-Sea.

Option 3 - Granting a licence. - Proposed. - Regularises a
position, gives agreement on the scope of activities and roles and
facilitates community engagement.
