Purpose

Natural England has requested consent for
consultants to access land at Holland Haven to conduct a survey as
part of the England Ecosystem Survey.
Following discussion Natural England's legal team has provided a
licence agreement.
It is proposed to agree the licence to facilitate the access.

Option 2 - Not agreeing the licence - would not assist in the
