Property Dealing Procedure in respect of the Columbine Centre,
Walton-on-the-Naze.
 

Reasons for the decision

In
order to assess the feasibility and implications of selling the
freehold of the Columbine Centre to Frinton and Walton Town
Council. This will include obtaining a valuation, legal review, and
consultation with relevant stakeholders.

Alternative options considered

To retain the
freehold and continue with the current lease arrangements.
