Purpose

The parcel of land situated to the south of
95-113 Garland Road, commonly referred to as Welfare Park, has been
subject to lease agreement for the past ten years. The land is used
as open space and for recreational purposes, specifically as a
football pitch. The current lease expired on 6th August 2025.
